Litter Kick....

I like this. There's a simplicity to Sandman's face and physique (as well as Spidey's build) that give the picture an entertaining quality to it.
We've all seen these two fight before, but the unique way the characters were drawn is very impressive and easily captures the viewer's attention. Without loosing any of the dynamics of action poses, you've maintained a very nice fight sequence going on here.
I would have used bright reds and blues on Spider-Man's costume to make him pop out more against the saturated colors of the background and Sandman, but over all this is a great piece! nicely done!
