It's been awhile since I posted anything. I wanted to show you from the scratchy ruff-roughs to the final. This is goes into my befo and afta series... anyone remember those, from when I first started posting? Here is a commission I did this week for Radical Curves. [link] They contacted me last week, but I couldn't work on it until I wrapped up the "Decoy" pages for Penny Farthing Press.

The way I drew Ophelia was to keep it minimalistic, so I can really go into less tells more. For example you'll be able to see what I am talking about for her face. Even though her whole face isn't drawn our mind is familiar with one's face and it'll automatically fill in the missing areas subconsciencely.

As for the background and what she's standing on I will be adding those in, but I wanted to show you something now. I may post the final final, but for the most part the hard part is done.

My goal was to make her sexy, seductive, & deadly. That was the interpretation I got when my client sent me other artist's rendition of Ophelia. I tried my best to make her seem attractive, and I feel this may be my pretiest girl yet that I have drawn.... at least that's what Ryan Benjamin told me yesterday when I showed him! hahaha

This was my first attempts to digitally ink it. I was surprised with the outcome.

I was informed yesterday, by my client, that he really dug what I had drawn for their character. He asked me if my rendition could be the opener on their home page of their site... you all probably know I had to say.... yes please, kind sir!

P.S. folks... she is wearing underwear... I apologize in advance if it is offensive.
