Here it is... colored.... i tried techniques i haven't done in awhile... i did color holds for the background to try and push for more depth.
thanx, everyone... to those who aren't familiar with the new story arc in venom: i set this up to seem like spidey has the drop on venom when there is the new derranged venom, in the top right corner, who has the drop on spidey.... history: venom and spider-man have a spider sense that is triggered when there is danger, but it isn't triggered when they are near each other... they sort of cancel out one another's spider sense... this is why venom is unaware that the wall crawler is about to pounce on him, and spidey hasn't a clue that he is in for a major beat down... hope ya'll digs!  Superb... lot of black in this inking works well with those washed colors...
  'color holds'? please explain. looks awesome. love the slight sihlouette around spidey where the b.g. shadows would be touching him. that technique makes coloring look very cool. you remain the man.

the only thing about this pic im havin trouble with is venom...his pose is hard to read. its hard to tell if his back is turned or not...maybe im just blind, but he looks like a blob. maybe that was too harsh, but thats about all i can make out. BUT! i fuckin love the layout of this piece. the clean lines and subdued colors really POP YO! POP!! -- ------  see this is what you need to do with your work, draw it and color it. I think your color define your work. Makes you who you are. Makes it more personal.
In any case I like it. excellent depth, I like that you have venom being effected by the lighting, Nice choice. -- Draw! Draw as though each time you draw you get a +.005 to you score.  way to awesome. brain overwhelmed.
