 Wow.... this is incredible! I love the different take you have on the characters, and the lines, lighting, and shading. Great work.
 Very clean distinction between a foreground and backround. Good stuff..Is this just a panel for a bigger storyboard? I hope so, because the way the female(Marvel Girl/Phoenix?) is turned away from the viewer at that angle kinda distracts from her presence there..
-- ~the shade is a tool, a device, a savior~  I extremely like the colors on this and the lines on the 2 front characters it REALLLY gives a perspective to the picture.
-- I don't understand artists.......  hell yeah, wovlie with the cig.. thats the way... not sure bout the whole cowboy hat they tried to swap the cigar with tho ;\

I see they are all in blackbird 1st is cyclops, then jean grey, wolverine and... who is that last guy? the cigar really fits to wolverine, but cyclops's nose is weird  Nice one man. I love how Jean looks like she's on her way to tell off Wolvie for smoking. Colossus looks freakin massive too.

  composition is just excellent. i love the sense of depth that is given by the perspectives (especially the posture of the girl) and at the same time the sense of decorativeness it has with the framing and all. if that makes any sense xD

 this is classic characterization of the x-men daily grind, lol...
I love how wolverine has a tipped cowboy hat and is leaning against the jet wall smoking his cigar with a no smoking sign clearly posted...probably because of the very reason that wolvie has a bad habit of smoking in dangerous places, and it seems like jean is obviously turned around to scold him...lol the drawing and coloring is very nice too, great work on this...it would be nice to see a finished storyboard of this!  |
